Our Preservation Logistics company excels in tenant engagement, project coordination, and resident temporary relocation. We seamlessly integrate with property management and construction teams, utilizing our proprietary CRM and project management platform to track critical project and resident data.

This approach has led to the rehabilitation of over 1,700 units, with resident coordinators efficiently building trust with residents and consistently meeting lease signing requirements ahead of schedule. Most recently, the Preservation Logistics team achieved 732 signed leases (90% of occupied units) at our NYCHA PACT Round 11 BBM bundle within 30 days, a record for the PACT program.
